Baking Class Terms and Conditions:

1. SAFETY:
Please keep your valuables with you and take care of yourself. We are unable to watch over you and your belongings while teaching and working. There will be an area for you to put your bags, water bottles, etc but your valuables should always be with you.
We will seek to make the bakery as safe as possible. In the case of any accident or injury, any offer of help from us is made out of good will, and is not an admission of liability.
2. NON-ATTENDANCE:
Please inform us at least 3 days in advance if you are unable to attend, for a full refund. Otherwise, you may request for 60% refund for that session by email. We regret we are unable to refund the full amount after we have bought and prepared all the notes and ingredients for you.
3. PUNCTUALITY:
To be fair to other participants, we will start punctually. Please arrive early or on time so as not to miss any part of the workshop(s).
4. OUTCOME:
We will do our best to guide and demonstrate to you, and we hope you will like the end products you make. The trainer(s) will not be making the products for you. The outcome of your products will depend very much on yourself as these are hands-on learning sessions.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY:
You may take photos, but no taking of videos is allowed by participants.
There may be photography by Bud Of Joy staff during the sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. These photos may be put on our website, on Facebook, on brochures, etc. If you do not wish to be in the photos, please inform us before the session(s) start.
6. EXCLUSIVE ENTITLEMENT:
Only workshop participants are allowed in the baking area. There is no space in the bakery for accompanying children or adults. Non-paying adults should not wait in the bakery. It is also unsafe to leave children unsupervised. Therefore, non-participants are strictly not allowed to remain and wait in the bakery.
If any individual or group(s) do not comply with the terms and conditions, admission may be declined.
7. FULL REFUND:
Should we cancel the class for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
