Customers have given good feedback on the unexpectedly soft texture of the 100% Wholemeal Breads, which are free from artificial colourings and flavourings. They also do not contain emulsifiers or bread improvers, but are made from scratch using advanced techniques. The bakery takes special care in using pure ingredients, which are listed in the ingredient labels.
One other popular highlight is their Organic Chiffon Cake, which is probably the first of its kind offered in Singapore. It is made from scratch and does not even contain baking powder. The Pandan version has its flavour from the juice of Pandan Leaves, freshly juiced in the Bakery. And for the Orange version, an entire Organic Orange goes into the cake.
