SINGAPORE, June 13, 2014 - It is said, "give me a fish and I eat for a day. Teach me to fish and I eat for a lifetime." Artisan bakery Bud Of Joy is now offering baking workshops, to share the techniques of baking breads and cakes from scratch, without preservatives, artificial flavourings or colourings.
A list of their Baking Workshops can be found at https://budofjoy.com/bakingclasses.htm
For now, there is a variety of Workshops, ranging from two hours to half a day. Parent-child workshops are also offered to allow children and parents to enjoy baking together. Workshops include how to make Organic Soft Asian Buns, Organic Pizzas, and even their signature Organic Orange Chiffon Cakes.
Many would wonder why they would share even some of the secrets of their trade.
"Our purpose is to provide Singaporeans with pure and untainted food, and to inspire others to do likewise. There is nothing like homemade delights, and you can control exactly what goes into your food when you prepare it yourself. And it is good for more people to be able to eat healthily. For those who have less of a luxury of time, you are welcome to our bakery where we will provide you with premium baked delights", the company's spokesperson quipped.
