A bread loaf actually only needs 2 ingredients, flour and water and a process of fermentation. Other ingredients are usually added to make the loaf tastier and to extend shelf life. This loaf is carefully crafted to contain mainly these 2 ingredients with the addition of a little olive oil to keep the bread soft and moist. Left to ferment for 24hrs, this loaf has its own tart flavor naturally derived from the long fermentation time. Great for your little one whom you do not wish to introduce sugar and salt yet.
This loaf has a slight crust which when steamed will be fully soft again. Made to help you keep breakfast quick and simple. Best kept frozen if not consumed in a day.
Storage Instructions
These breads are freshly baked every morning without preservatives. Best consumed within 1 day. Or refrigerate immediately up to 5 days. Or freeze immediately up to 2 months. Steam for 5 min to serve. Please take note of the expiry date as there are no preservatives added.
