Love Green? Love matcha? We make our very own matcha filling with organic matcha and organic millet. Slowly cooked and blended into a smooth paste with some organic raw sugar and oil, it gives off a very fragrant matcha aroma.
These buns have no eggs, no dairy, no nuts and is vegan. No preservatives or additives are added, hence the shelf life is only 2 days on the table or 5 days refrigerated.
Storage Instructions
These breads are freshly baked every morning without preservatives. Best consumed within 1 day. Or refrigerate immediately up to 5 days. Or freeze immediately up to 2 months. Lightly toast or steam for 5 min to serve. Please take note of the expiry date as there are no preservatives added.
