It is made using freshly ground wholegrains consisting of Organic Millet, Organic Brown Rice, and Organic Red Quinoa, being bound with just Chia seeds and Phyllium Husk, and finally seasoned with a little Rock Salt, Molasses, Yeast and Oil.
Best consumed within 2 days. Or refrigerate immediately up to 5 days. Or freeze immediately up to 2 months. Lightly toast to serve. Please take note of the expiry date as there are no preservatives added.
