The long and slow natural fermentation process leads to the bread's unique flavour and health-promoting properties, such as helping digestion. We use our own starter and ferment our dough for at least 8 hours. Find out more about sourdough.
Known to enhance digestion, these wholemeal sourdough breads are also much denser than their other non-fermented wholegrain counterparts. And as the name suggests, these sourdough breads do taste a little sour too!
Storage Instructions
These breads are freshly baked every morning without preservatives. Best consumed within 1 day. Or refrigerate immediately up to 5 days. Or freeze immediately up to 2 months. Lightly toast or steam for 5 min to serve. Please take note of the expiry date as there are no preservatives added.
